New Drilling Contract for Jack-Up Rig "HAKURYU-11"

ENEOS Drilling Limited (EDL) is pleased to announce that EDL has entered a drilling contract
with SK Earthon Co., Ltd. for the provision of the jack-up rig "HAKURYU-11" with the
following terms:
