New Drilling Contract for “HAKURYU-14” (Vietnam)

ENEOS Drilling Limited agreed to provide drilling services with a jack-up drilling rig
“HAKURYU-14” to subsidiaries of Murphy Oil Corporation (“Murphy”) based on the subcontract
with PetroVietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation who secured the drilling contract from
Murphy.
